1. Arrival and key handover

Our Property Manager, Antonio, will normally meet you at Oasis Libre when you arrive, show you into the apartment and hand over the keys.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance and keep us informed if your travel plans change significantly.

Detailed arrival information and Antonio's contact details will be provided privately before your stay.

If a personal meet-and-greet cannot be arranged, alternative access instructions will be provided to you privately.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 16:00 to 21:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability and an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request this.

3. Electricity

The electricity supply is 220 to 225 Volt A/C.

The main isolator and circuit breakers are located in the electrical box on the inside wall behind the entrance door.

If a circuit breaker trips:

  1. Switch off any appliances that are currently in use.
  2. Wait a couple of minutes for the thermal overload to cool.
  3. Reset the tripped breaker by switching it to the up position.
  4. Restart appliances one at a time.

A breaker may trip if too many appliances are being used at the same time. If it trips again, this may indicate a fault with an appliance or circuit. For your own safety, do not attempt any further resets and contact our Property Manager for assistance.

4. Water and hot water

The mains water supply is clean and safe. However, we recommend bottled water for drinking.

Hot water is provided by a thermostatically controlled electric water heater located in the broom cupboard. The heater has an on/off switch.

A non-slip bathmat is provided in the bathroom for your comfort and safety.

5. Front door and security

The front door is fitted with secure deadbolts at the top, middle and bottom. These are engaged by turning the key anti-clockwise.

Please remember to lock the apartment whenever you leave and before going to bed.

Do not close the front door from outside unless you have the apartment keys with you, as you will be locked out.

If you are locked out or have a problem with the keys, please use the Property Manager contact details supplied privately with your arrival information.

6. Television

There are two television remote controls in each room.

If you wish to view British channels, please make sure that the NORD app is connected to the United Kingdom.

Please do not delete any installed applications or disconnect any television cables or wiring.

7. Air-conditioning, heating and humidity control

Air-conditioning and heating units are installed in the lounge and bedrooms.

Each unit is operated using the hand-held remote control provided in the relevant room. The units can also provide warm air during colder periods.

Please keep windows and doors closed while the air-conditioning or heating is operating. This allows the units to work effectively and avoids unnecessary energy use.

Mosquito screens are fitted to the windows.

A dehumidifier is provided to help control humidity within the apartment.

Please do not switch off or disconnect the dehumidifier.

8. Housekeeping

Cleaning products are provided in the kitchen cupboard if you would like to wipe down or dust surfaces during your stay.

Floor-cleaning equipment, the iron and ironing board are stored in the utility cupboard.

Please wash and put away kitchen and catering equipment after use.

9. Rubbish and waste

Please dispose of all rubbish, food waste and hygiene waste before departure.

Local-authority rubbish containers are situated outside the urbanisation gates.

10. Parking

Oasis Libre has one allocated covered parking space: Space No. 12.

Please use only the allocated parking space.

11. E-bike rental

Two e-bikes are available for guests to rent during their stay, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Rental is charged at €25 for the first day and €5 for each additional day, per bike.

A refundable damage deposit of €100 per bike is required.

Guests are responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing an e-bike or associated equipment lost or damaged through misuse, negligence or deliberate action, excluding normal wear and tear. Any such costs may be deducted from the damage deposit, and any amount exceeding the deposit will also be payable by the guest.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to reserve one or both e-bikes.

Instructions for the bikes and any accessories provided will be explained when the bikes are handed over.
